My students are 3rd graders who love to sit on the floor during various parts of the day. They enjoy being close to their peers as they are working and also being close to me while I'm reading so that they can see the pictures. This classroom rug will be the perfect spot for my students to sit and listen to a good book or to come sit on during their independent reading time. Over the summer the carpet was removed from my room and nice new flooring was put down and my students will need a comfortable place to sit during various carpet times, this rug will be the perfect addition to our classroom.
