My 2nd graders value acts of kindness and doing things to make others' day special. We create a Wall of Kindness where they write down when they see someone doing something kind for others. They truly have the biggest hearts and want to spread love around our school! I am asking for an act of kindness to help instill a love for reading by expanding my classroom room library with engaging books. These books allow children the opportunity to learn about nonfiction topics and dive into imaginative fiction books. To see a smile when a child is reading a book is the most rewarding part of my job!
