Our reading and math curriculum allows us to meet daily whole group to talk about reading, vocabulary and social skills. It has been very helpful with my students and taught them how to talk/communicate with one another. I have never had an actual classroom “big” rug in my classroom because they are so expensive. Some students always end up sitting on the floor or overcrowding each other. My students would truly benefit from a nice comfortable space we can share during these learning moments. I’ve used several cheaper rugs and they are not big, comfortable, or durable. We use this daily and deserve the best!
