The Amazon kindle Fire tablets will be a great addition to my classroom, especially for my population of English Learners. These tablets will provide the visual content they need to understand and master the new language. They will be also able to interact with each other using educational apps, such as storyboard. As an educator, it will be easier for me to monitor their reading progress with this technological tool which can transfer students' work into visible data. Read works, iReady, Learning a to z are some of the many applications that would benefit my 3rd grade students using these tablets.
