Help me keep my students full throughout the day with healthy snacks. With healthy snacks, my students will be able to focus more on the academics of the day instead of the rumble in their bellies. The variety of snacks will meet the needs of my pickiest eaters. Snack time gives my students a break from working hard. It also provides them with communication opportunities as they get a chance to request their preferred snacks. They get the opportunity to use words, core boards, pictures and communication devices. They also get a chance to interact with their peers and classroom adults without the demands of school work. Snack time is truly an all-inclusive event each day that my students look forward to and work hard for. These snacks will meet a variety of classroom needs and leave smiles on the faces of some very deserving learners.
