I am looking forward to being back in my classroom with my students, and I want to make sure I have everything they will need for a successful school year! It was recently decided that students will be going back to school while wearing masks and social distancing. I am asking for materials to help keep the students safe, healthy, and engaged throughout the day while they safely stay at their seats. For many of my students this is going to be a difficult task, and my hope is to provide the students with different materials to keep them focused and on-task during the lessons. The sheet protectors and dry erase paddles will be used daily in the classroom. The students will be able to work out problems for math, write responses to reading questions, or use them during science. The students can hold up their boards for their classmates or teacher to see their answers from their seats. The colored pencils and storage bins will also be used to help practice social distancing. The students will use their bins to keep all of their materials at their desk. The colored pencils will allow all students to each have their own so that students are not sharing materials. In addition, I would love to be able to provide the students with a mask if they don’t have one. The disposable masks will help me do this! Please consider funding my project to help keep the students safe and engaged during this time of uncertainty. Thank you for your time and commitment to my students and their education.
