The use of a listening station will help increase the students love for reading by being exposed to texts that are a bit challenging to read on their own. My first graders will have an opportunity to partner read, read in groups, or read independently. They will be able to track the print of the story with their finger and learn the pronunciation of unfamiliar words. By donating to this project you will assist my students with making reading fun and enjoyable. You will be helping my students visit places through books that they may never get a chance to actually visit.
