Student will be sitting on this carpet not only for morning meetings, but for whole group time. We use morning meeting to start our day. To relax and come together as a class to start on a positive note and have a little fun. Whole group time will be throughout the day and would including teaching the core part of lesson. The carpet will allow us to be closer together so students can ask questions and see better rather from their seat. We will be doing math, reading, science, and even social studies at some point on the new rug! Students will also be able to come to the rug for silent reading or free time if they so desire.
