Hello! I will be working in a title 1 school this September. I will be the 8th grade gifted and talented English teacher. I hope I can provide my students with multicultural literature to grow in the appreciation and understanding of diversity. I want my students to understand their worth and value the backgrounds of others. As my students prepare for high school, I hope to help my students become independent and critical thinkers who are informed. I would like my students to have a transformative year. I do not want the possibility of not having supplies to hinder my student's academic success. Thank you for the opportunity to help my students succeed further this coming school year.
