The whiteboard table will provide my classroom with an additional, much-needed group instructional area where the students can practice existing skills and learn and apply new skills by using the whiteboard tabletop. This will allow students to complete and show their work using something other than pencil and paper. Having a larger group space will also increase opportunities for peer interaction and social skill building. The ball chair will provide the classroom with another flexible seating option for the students that will help to increase their focus on tasks while providing them with another way to meet their specific sensory needs.
