In my STEAM class, I have students K-3 all day. We do hands on activities constantly. I try to introduce them to a lot of different occupations so they can begin to think about what they want to do when they grow up. I want them to love their jobs later in life! If my project is funded, students will be able to use lab coats and goggles for all the experiments we do in my room. If my project is funded my students will be able to have protective gear for projects and activities. Also, it will help my students be able to imagine themselves in the role of a scientists. Our world needs more scientists!
