My piano students depend on being able to work independently on their own piano repertoire without distracting or being distracted by other students. Students are given the opportunity to learn at their own pace. Headphones will allow them to focus on their playing and not be distracted by other students in the ​class. Headphones would allow for multiple students to receive tutoring after school in the same classroom. When students are able to concentrate and practice at their own pace without extra interruptions they tend to be more successful and will be more inclined to continue their musical progress. Lessons when using headphones are conducted on an in-class appointment system. This allows students to receive guaranteed one on one instruction several times a week as needed.
