My students do math every day on Whiteboard tables that I paint with them every semester. In order to do the math and engage in teamwork, students need various materials on a regular basis. I want to be able to provide these materials to my students. These materials allow students to engage each other in a teamwork environment where everybody’s voice is heard and mathematical discourse is encouraged and engaging. Attacking real-world problems in order to understand how ratios and proportions work how percentages work in various environments, like tips, taxes, and purchasing things on sale. These are just some of the exciting and engaging math activities they take part In during the school year.

About my class
