I teach Creative Wring for 7th graders and Technical Theatre for all grades so these supplies will run the gauntlet for all of the academy. They will be used for visual Venn Diagrams where we compare literature by illustrating, they will be used for Autism awareness posters when we read "Anything But Typical". They will be used when my Technical Theatre students create masks that represent the Seven Deadly Sins and when they do publicity posters for musicals such as "Chicago", "Hairspray" and "Into the Woods". But most importantly, they will be used by all my students as a way to express themselves and escape their other more rigorous classes. They will be used as a way to de-stress and reconnect with their inner artist.
