New materials will replenish what teachers before me have removed from the classroom and allow my new students to have a fresh begining. A new library will add a great feel to the classroom, no missing pages or Mark's in the books. How great is that! Math manipulative and legos are great for centers and table top instruction. Ample storage containers keeps a new teachers classroom clear of clutter and organized, book bins allows me to choose books and take to students table for independent reading. What classroom can be without a great pencil sharpener? My students also need brand new listening center.
