Having a carpet in our classroom will create a comfortable space for my class to come together for many different activities. For example, we will begin our day at the carpet every morning as we conduct our morning meetings in order to build positive relationships with each other, as well as where each child feels safe to let their voice be heard. This time is very important to each child, so they will know they are valued, important, safe, and free to be themselves! Our time together at the carpet will make a huge impact in the lives of these children.

About my class
