Technology opens doors in a classroom and turns activities into real-life experiences. Technology will give my struggling students many more ways to practice basic skills that are needed. The iPads will be used during small group instruction to aid in differentiation. My students will be able to work in centers with the iPads, writing, learning phonemic awareness skills, working with math manipulatives and more. These iPads will be used to teach students through games, songs and enrichment activities in language arts, math, science, and social studies. I am working to increase the amount of technology in my classroom to give my students access to a variety of learning opportunities.
