Independent learning is so important in schools today! We want each generation to become problem solvers and critical thinkers in order to make the world a better place, however that want gets lost in the need to prepare for standardized tests. These problem solving journals will help my students practice critical thinking skills during their independent learning centers! Students will be able to work at their own pace during their independent learning centers in order solve real world STEM based problems while incorporating literacy. These journals are a standards based instructional resource that would make all the difference in my classroom!
