These items will help us grow a love for reading! We have a classroom library with many old and out dated books. These are books that have been requested by students as well as a fun place to read these books! Loving to read isn't just about learning to read! In our class we learn how to make reading fun even if it is hard! A child who may not normally want to read will beg to read if he can cuddle with a huge crocodile while he does so! This is what these items are encouraging! Fun, up to date books that students can read in a relaxing, and enjoyable way is what this project is all about.
