This project will help students stay engaged during large group activities. This project has large books which make it easier for students to attend to during story time. This project has manipulatives for students to hold and interact with during the story. The materials will make a difference in student learning because students will have both a large book to reference as well as small tangible items to interact with while listening to a story. The stories in my project focus on object labels, colors and numbers. Multiple forms of visual supports will help the students in my classroom. The learning outcome to this project is to help students sit and attend to a story.
