This project will increase my students reading fluency and reading comprehension through read-aloud. They will be able to listen to stories that are rich with language and illustrations that will aid their development. Students will be able to work alone or in pairs and small groups while using the listening center. They will listen to a variety of literature, both fiction and nonfiction, that will assist with enhancing their love for reading! After listening to the stories they will be able to respond to the literature in a variety of ways such as creating a picture about their favorite part.
