My classroom consists of students with a variety of skills and abilities. Some have the language to communicate while others are still working on imitating sounds. The items listed will help in making the communication accessible for all my students. In our class, we use Velcro to make everything interactive and laminating sheets for durability. Making things interactive for my students helps them practice the same skill many times. During circle time we go over our daily schedule and detach each activity as we finish it. This helps my students know what we have already time and what we have left to do.
