My students will benefit greatly from this donation. Our classroom does not have enough sensory gadgets and headphones for thirteen students. The current headphones that are connected to our three computers are not volume adjustable, therefore making it difficult for my students to engage in their lessons. The headphones will allow them to work independently on the classroom computer to improve various academic skills which include core subjects such as reading and math. The various sensory tools will allow them to decrease any sensory overload that prevents them from learning in class. Lastly, the language learning tools will further enhance their ability to engage in conversations, therefore making every lasting relationship with family and friends. Understanding my students' needs and how to make it comfortable for them to learn is my responsibility as an educator. Through this donation not only will you be funding tools that will help my students achieve their individual goals, but also help shape our future by assisting our future lawyers, engineers, doctors, and responsible members of society.
