I am thrilled to set up my class as a first year teacher. I will be using some of the seating for “family meeting” in the morning. I am excited to build a community in the classroom. I think this time together will help us grow into a class that supports each other personally and academically. In addition, my plan is to have balance balls in the small group time when we are remediating math. I want to make this time fun and engaging for the kids. I think flexible seating will give them a comfortable space to let go and LEARN!
