The books in my classroom belonged to the previous art teacher, so I am starting from scratch with a classroom library this year! I want to create an "art cart" filled to the brim with interesting, interactive, and meaningful texts all about art! Having an art cart will make it possible for EVERY student--regardless of ability, language, or skill-level--to have books about art at their fingertips. My hope is that when my students aren't busy creating, they are using these books to foster a love of art that they will carry with them out of the classroom and into the world!

About my class
