This project will help put computers in students’ hands. When students are using technology to learn and collaborate, they are more motivated, challenged, and engaged. It also allows me to differentiate work on each child’s level to help them achieve higher standards. Having a technology center in the classroom for students to work at will give me more time to work with small groups who need additional teacher support. This project will fund 5 more computers in our classroom. In addition, as we share students in other classes, this will benefit more students than just the ones in my classroom.
