During a typical school day, many students finish assignments early and need something challenging and engaging to stay focused. With these building materials my students will be able to explore design, practice engineering skills, and make their imaginations into something real and tangible. LEGO bricks, KEVA planks, and the other building pieces will also be used during STEM projects, science experiments, and Problem Based Learning modules to aid students in modeling solutions. Quality products like these are a must for weathering the beating they will take from these excited and eager learners. Learning with hands-on materials will provide my students with the experiences needed for working cooperatively, attacking challenges, and solving problems in the real world.
