This year our focus in the AVID class is applying to college. The AVID class ensures success not just getting to college but getting through it. With these supplies, including binders and highlighters, the students are prepared for all their classes during the school day. These students have maintained their status as determined leaders in the school up until now, their senior year. These supplies will allow them to help and motivate others. They are examples to the students they mentor in the "AVID Mentoring Program," we have at the school. They also are examples for everyone they meet, student or teacher, as they have been for the last three years of their high school journey.

About my class
