This coffee delivery service will provide my students with the opportunity to learn several important transferable job skills and give them the confidence to succeed both in school and in life after school. Studies show that early transitional planning for life after school for students with disabilities has a significant impact on children's successful transition to adulthood. It is important to expose young teens to different occupations to gain more experience about the career they many be interested in pursing. In addition to specific vocational training, it helps students with their communication skills, attitude, teamwork, problem-solving​, and critical thinking skills. These 'soft skills' are among the top skills desired by employers in all job applicants, not just those who are intellectually challenged. My job as a teacher is to help these amazing people be as independent as they can be.
