My students are a fun, curious group of seventh graders who come to class with a variety of interests, strengths, and learning needs. They are eager to learn, ask questions, share their ideas, and connect what we are learning to the world around them. Many are still building their confidence as readers and learners, and I want to give them engaging opportunities to practice important skills while seeing themselves as capable and successful. Most importantly, I want my students to feel excited about learning and know that their ideas, questions, and unique perspectives matter.

About my class
