In order to receive credit for these writing classes, students must submit 6000 words per semester as Word documents. The addition of two laptops would allow students without access to computers at home to complete their assignments in a timely manner. They are willing to come before school and during their lunch, but I only have one laptop to share. Collegiate-level high school students are working diligently to complete this writing course and would benefit immensely from the use of laptops. They write a composition every week, sometimes two, so this donation would be invaluable to their success. Thank you!
