Our students have been learning about various methods to self-regulate. Deep breathing techniques is a go to for most; however its easiest to practices with bubbles because in a way it creates an incentive to continue deep structured breaths. While learning from home, the students will be able to take out their own individual bubble pack and practice good deep breathing form. Usually students are able to use them in my office but with the year starting off virtually, they will be limited with regulation materials in their home. The more access to regulation materials, the more likely my students are to continue practicing calming themselves throughout the year.
