Five and six year olds are so full of energy! They were not made to sit still at a desk and chair all day! With flexible seating in the classroom it will give my students the opportunity to choose their preferred seating style and encourage attentiveness during independent station time. Students will not only be able to choose a fun new place to sit, but will also be encouraged to build classroom community. Allowing my students to have choice within the classroom will help them establish core values, such as responsibility, fairness and respect, that is sure to lead to success in their future!

About my class
