The easel in particular will allow me to take a large group of students and provide more intimate, family-like meetings. I like to have a meeting spot in my class where students leave their desks and come to the carpet space. I feel that having this meeting sport helps to build relationships. Literature Projects, Social Development lessons, and transition regrouping will be presented using the easel. The easel will provide my students a visual place to look at during small-groups. As a teacher, using small white boards during a small-group is not enough for all students to see. The extra space also allows students to come forward and demonstrate their knowledge.
