It not only offers them a much-needed opportunity to stay active throughout the day but also serves as to sharpen their cognitive abilities, preparing them for more focused learning in the classroom. In my classroom, my mission is to nurture physical literacy among students – imparting the essential foundational movement skills that serve as building blocks for mastering intricate movements and achieving their personal athletic and movement aspirations. Equally crucial is instilling in children a genuine enjoyment for physical activity, which lays the foundation for a lifelong commitment to fitness and overall well-being. My passion lies in enlightening students about the simplicity and fun in taking those initial steps towards an active and healthy lifestyle.
