All of my students have the potential to be fantastic readers and gain the knowledge they need to be successful. These tablets will not only allow them to have tons of book options available to them but will also be used during my small group instruction. Which will allow 4-5 students to work with the tablets and myself filling in the gaps on certain reading skills. The tablets will also be used during center time giving students endless opportunities to explore things that they may never get to see in real life. You see all my students are economically disadvantaged so technology at there home is something they don’t have, so being able to give that to them in their safe place they call school, will not only encourage the enthusiasm for school but also towards learning.
