These tools will support student's creative side. All 5 and 6 year olds come to school with lots of curiosity and eagerness to learn. Working on the academic areas can sometimes feel frustrating and difficult. They need activities which will support their social emotional, nothing better than art and science. Working in an area where many children do not have access, it is imperative to support them with choice and tools to engage and support their curiosity. I had a little girl in my class that said, "Teacher, I'm sad because my dad cheated on my mom, but I'm glad I'm at school because it makes me forget about it."

About my class
