The items I am requesting will help to grow my classroom library as a first year teacher my supplies are not as vast as others and I strive to provide these amazing students with multiple opportunities to fall in love with reading. Wether it be through magazine articles, books of fiction or nonfiction. I will have them out for student access to use during independent reading and utilize also with shared and guided reading lessons. They each have personal book bins where they can select anywhere from 3 to 6 books to read during independent reading and other opportunities throughout the day. To reach that goal I need to fill my bookshelves with book to reach their varied interests!
