Students will share ideas and ask inquisitive questions in a community centered atmosphere. These discussions and group work will relate to all areas of the curriculum meeting Common Core Standards. Student choice seating at tables or throughout various areas of the classroom promotes student engagement and individual independence that builds confidence in learners. Students in my classroom love and own their learning. Tables and flexible seating create a community centered environment where my students can grow socially, emotionally and academically while continuing to develop as life long learners.
