Providing children with the tools to make outdoor play fun and engaging will not only develop gross motor skills, but it will help with focus and concentration in the classroom. Being physically active makes the students energetic and strong which motivates them to take interest in classroom activities. It will ensure that students are growing up healthier and happier with less anxiety. Giving my students the equipment to play and develop physically, will in turn help them grow academically. School life is hectic for every student, especially the little learners. Therefore, taking part in physical activities and education allows students to relieve their academic anxiety and stress. It will allow for healthy bodies and minds!
