As a primary classroom, the students don't have much access to the daily use of technology in the classroom, which is an important developmental skill students need as they approach the intermediate grades. The addition of Chromebooks to use within centers, for learning programs, progress monitoring, and to develop skills necessary for the integration of technology, will provide the students with the opportunity for independent growth, to build accountability within their learning process and enhance current lessons with the addition of media, research and more resources. I've experienced the excitement and engagement that using technology brings to students, and the motivation that follows. These Chromebooks will be used across all subject areas. Our school already has multiple programs that can be utilized through the use of these Chromebooks.
