My 6th graders will utilize these headphones daily. We use headphones with Istation. This promotes vocabulary and comprehension in reading. We will use them in the writing center. All learners at different levels will be able to connect to the laptop. Biographies, dramas, poems, fictions, and nonfiction will be accessible. Headphones are used at the beginning of units with YouTube and short documentaries. I also love to for students to hear the actual poet or author reading a piece. This gives life to work! With a class set in my room, all students will have access to listening to a story read. All students will be able to hear the brain break video. All students will be engaged in learning. This is my dream for the 2019-2020 school year.
