This is my first year teaching and I do not have many resources available to me. It has been difficult as a first year teacher trying to provide for these students with my own funds. I want to give the best opportunities for my students to succeed socially, emotionally, and academically. My goal is to have a leveled library so that they are able to find books easily at their own level. I would like manipulatives to allow my students to explore math and language concepts kinetically. At this young age, they learn so much through the use of their hands and need appropriate ways to explore in a classroom. I want quality supplies that will last a long time and continue to be used for years to come.
