When students work together in a comfortable nurturing environment they are more likely to succeed. The items I have chosen will help me create a setting in which student to student collaboration can take place and become part of their everyday experience. The students will have the opportunity to choose which learning style they feel more comfortable with such as sitting on the rug, using cushions, chairs with lap desks or just some independent time using a privacy board. After having met my new students I know they will enjoy learning in this environment. Who wouldn’t want to learn in a comfortable environment such as this?
