Although our school is a Title 1 school composed of over 50% of low-income families, my students do not allow this to limit their education. If anything, they are proving to this world that they control the future of their own knowledge and success. My students bring to the classroom a variety of life experiences which has already began enriching the learning environment within the classroom community. Our classroom this year is comprised of much cultural diversity and I intend for this to be a rewarding year where each and every student learns together and from each other.

About my class
