The materials I am requesting will help me create a learning environment where students can share ideas, problem solve, make inferences, and work collaboratively with their peers. I know exactly where the tables will be placed in my classroom. These tables will provide needed space for me to work with groups or individual students in need of additional instruction. The books I am requesting, will be used to enhance reading and writing skills. The books will be used as an instruction tool to help students identify character traits, text structure, text features, plot, sequence, comparing and contrasting, and sentence building.
