My class throughout the year will be spending a large majority of our time together at our calendar wall/ class meeting corner in our room. I would love to provide a comfortable spot for each of my students to sit on during our shared time there. During our class meeting time, we will be developing literacy through a love of reading. We will also be learning how to build a sense of community in our classroom by sharing our thoughts and feelings as well as listening to the needs of others. A classroom rug would be a great and welcomed addition to Room 8's overall function and feel. Thank you for consideration of supporting this need.
