We all have special ways, techniques or resources that we use to help us learn, process and retain important information. Some of the students I work with, require information to be read to them individually in multiple curriculum areas. Many times this is made possible through the use of technology. Having earbuds available affords each student the opportunity to learn and make progress along with his or her general education peers. What we know to be true is this quote; "All students can learn". Having the playing field equal, by providing necessary learning tools, encourages all students to engage positively and add valuable contributions to the learning environment.
