I have created this project to give my students the opportunity to take their learning beyond pencil and paper. Having a Cricut in the classroom would allow my students to use technology to create and design projects, classroom bulletin boards, and more. Having a Cricut would not only provide my own classroom with an opportunity to explore and design projects with technology, but other students and teachers in my school would also benefit from this project as it could be used for an after school club. This project will promote creativity through technology in the classroom and engage students in their own learning. With a Cricut machine in the classroom, students would no longer be limited to using scissors and coloring materials to bring their ideas to life. This project would expose students to another world of technology and creativity that otherwise may not be possible.
