In today's current classroom environment it is more important than ever to have designated places were students can unwind and transport themselves to a literary escape. Having a well stocked library with a variety of genres and Lexile levels allows all students to have access to the joys of reading! In a time of social distancing, reading corners and library spaces must be flexible enough to spread out. A sturdy wooden bookshelf gives our classroom a hub that can be filled to capacity with books for the students to peruse. With these new comfy chairs, students can place themselves at a safe distance to read, while still enjoying a special spot away from their desk!
